Who we are

Outn. We provide a marketplace that lets you discover and book experiences offered by independent partner businesses.

Bookings

Instant bookings are confirmed when payment is verified, or immediately when nothing is payable online. Request-to-book bookings are confirmed only after the partner approves and any required payment is verified.

Your booking page and confirmation email are the record of a confirmed booking. Submitting a form or being redirected after payment is not, on its own, a confirmation.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Nigerian naira. Each booking shows the amount payable online now, any balance payable at the venue (for example a minimum spend), and any service fee before you pay.

Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider. We do not store card details.

Cancellations and refunds

Each listing shows its cancellation policy. If a partner cancels or cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund. See Bookings & cancellations for details.

Partners

Partners are responsible for delivering the experiences they list. We verify partners before showing a verified label and act as your point of contact for support.

Your account

Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
