What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), booking details, payment status (not card numbers), support conversations, and basic usage analytics such as pages viewed and searches.
How we use it
To make and manage bookings, share the necessary booking details with the partner you book, process payments and refunds, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in.
Sharing
We share booking details with the partner fulfilling your booking and payment data with our payment provider. We don't sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking and financial records for as long as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.
Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions use secure cookies, and access to customer data is restricted by role.
